PANACHE offers a 90-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase.
A LIFETIME WARRANTY on all welds.
A warranty against manufacturing defects under normal conditions of use for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to products and components that must be replaced after normal wear and tear or as a result of negligence, including overloading, damage caused by transport, severe paint cuts or scratches, or use contrary to the instructions and warnings given in the user guide. Likewise, it does not apply to devices that have undergone modifications or repairs carried out by a repairer other than those authorized by PANACHE.
Any repairs carried out on Panache Rack products after the warranty has expired will be charged at Panache Rack's regular rates. Panache repairs what can be repaired.
