30-DAY RETURN POLICY

At Panache Rack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund.

Return Eligibility:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as you received it.

All tags, labels, and accessories must be included.

Initiating a Return:

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Service team at info@panache-rack.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack your item securely, including all original materials.

Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the item to the address provided with the RA number.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.
